The college’s four major design departments have brought together talented individuals from various fields, integrating technology and art to produce the immersive musical.  Renowned radio DJ Dr. Simon Wong has been specially invited to perform, joining HKDI’s virtual idol Vi in a cross-time duet. Through the fusion of technology and art, the production leads the audience on a journey of art and love, set against the backdrop of an auction.

The story follows a passionate artist (the protagonist) and a vocalist (the heroine), whose youthful romance is captured in her masterpiece painting. This artwork goes up for auction years later, the protagonist, driven by nostalgia, attempts to steal it. However, he ultimately realizes that true art, like love, should be shared with the world. The narrative concludes with his decision to ensure the painting finds its home in a museum, where it can inspire all who encounter it. Through spectacular digital projections, music, and innovative staging, this tale celebrates the transformative power of art and love.
