ISOLA / STATION
PROJECT BACKGROUND
Initially, I envisioned the project to be an exploration of depression and the sense of loss I felt as my friends left Hong Kong for other places. Their departures left me feeling alone and disconnected from the world around me. I struggled to put these feelings into words, so I turned to photography as a way to capture and express them. I wanted the project to be a reflection of my inner turmoil, and I believed that a photo book/zine would be the perfect medium to showcase my work.
PROJECT CONCEPT
A man walks through three dream sequences, questioning his sanity and confronting his past, present and future self.
