PROJECT BACKGROUND
In our pressure-filled society, we often neglect opportunities to value and care for ourselves, causing us to lose touch with our true selves and fall into a cycle of overthinking, self-deprecation, and self-doubt. This can lead to imposter syndrome and a loss of motivation and confidence to move forward.
PROJECT CONCEPT
I designed self-talk cards for young adults aged between 20-30 who face new challenges and pressure in life. The cards utilize 18 common negative emotions with emotional reflection, self-growth, self-care, and action therapy to improve self-identity and self-awareness. Users can transform overthinking into a beneficial asset by exploring the sources and meanings of their negative emotions.
