PROJECT BACKGROUND
This project aims to increase young adults' interest in consuming fish by investigating whether increasing their knowledge of fish-eating can help. The project will design a fish-eating festival that focuses on raising awareness of Hong Kong fish farm culture and fish-eating knowledge to support local fish farms. The festival aims to educate young adults about the benefits of fish consumption and the importance of supporting local fish farms. In addition to promoting a better understanding of fish-eating culture, increasing people's appreciation of the value of fish as a healthy and sustainable food source, and motivating young adults to consume fish.
PROJECT CONCEPT
By using fish-eating education as the main theme of this project, an energetic and educational festival will be created for young adults aged 18-30. Colours and visual elements specially chosen to create a young and fun mood to attract younger generations to take part in the project. At the same time, a more colloquial tone of voice is adopted to gain resonance from the young people.
