PROJECT BACKGROUND
Traditional Chinese musical instruments, including strings, wind, and percussion instruments, hold great cultural and artistic value, serving as a means of cultural preservation and expression. With a long history and a wide range of variety, these instruments possess a unique timbre and expression, representing the artistic style of traditional Chinese culture and serving as a vital medium for cultural inheritance. Through playing and listening to these instruments, we can experience the culture and spirit of different times and regions. Traditional Chinese instrument is an integral part of Chinese culture. Their unique sound and presentation represent not only the style and artistic value of Chinese culture but also serve an important means of inheritance.

KWAN Po Ying -- Panpipe With a combination of traditional Chinese patterns and precious stones.
LAM Tsz Yuk --Guqin This piece of jewelry is based on the Chinese guqin, the most revered musical instrument in ancient Chinese culture.
LAW Hoi Yan –Chinese Flute (Dizi) This piece of jewelry is centred around the Chinese bamboo flute (dizi), with a phoenix entwined around it.
SHEK Hiu Ying -- Pipa Using the most representative musical instrument in China, pipa, this unique brooch is the embodiment of the traditional instrument and plum blossoms which represent good fortune.
