PROJECT BACKGROUND

As the city gentrifies and old buildings are often demolished, strategies on how to deal with aging buildings and infill sites become a constant problem throughout Hong Kong.

PROJECT CONCEPT

This proposal looks into utilizing infill sites of different sizes, but experimenting with the potential of different combinations of land to build a stronger identity of the community, to encourage social engagement through arts and give rinse to land uses targeted for public functions rather than real estate driven developments.
