Background

Market pre-study shows that most water taxi activities are insufficient. Travelers primarily use the boats for photos and enjoying views, lacking a deeper cultural connection to Hong Kong. Additionally, the absence of digital ticket support reduces convenience for travelers. Improvements are needed to enhance the experience.

CONCEPT

Based on the pre-study, the project creates a new water taxi brand, "i-Moor," and designed the UI for its ticket purchase website and app. Three themed routes—history, movies, and neon lights are developed to reflect the Hong Kong's culture, and introduced VR and AR features for a more interactive user experience.
