To Kwa Wan, a Hong Kong neighborhood, reflects the daily lives of its residents amid lively markets and quiet corners. While it lacks prominent historical significance, the area highlights the experiences of elderly residents, many of whom live alone and seek connection. This project proposes the Life Experience Center - Observer, a community center designed with natural timber to create a warm atmosphere. It aims to foster both direct and indirect communication, addressing feelings of isolation and encouraging the elderly to reconnect with everyday life and the vibrant community around them.
