By focusing on the segment "Modern Cities", I would like to explore the dynamic, fast-paced, and culturally diverse environment of urban life. This section bridges the historical and natural elements of the earlier chapters with the futuristic AI-driven world that follows, serving as a crucial transition in the narrative.

Being inspired by the song “Sing me to sleep” by Alan Walker, especially the lyrics “Living life as if we had a choice”, I choose to focus on the theme of Modern City. Growing up in Hong Kong, a well-known modern city, I felt a connection to these lyrics. Therefore I want to present the following things of Hong Kong under this theme: the new and old architecture, the movement of walking and the mood of hustle and bustle.
