The Perch Point is a mixture of aviary and community centre, it is situated near 13th Street in To Kwa Wan, adjacent to a park and the historic art village. This concept is inspired by Hong Kong's traditional bird-petting culture, which historically fostered community connections in tea houses. Birdwatching, an integral aspect of this project, is known to promote mental well-being particularly for the old age. 

The design incorporates elevated rooms mimicking the overhanging bird cage system inside the tea houses which also provides a unique bird's-eye perspective, enhancing visitor engagement with the environment .The ground level will feature landscaped areas dedicated to tree planting, creating a natural podium that distinguishes the upper rooms from the surrounding space. Access to the 10-meter-high rooms will be facilitated by elevators and stairs.
