This project is titled: The Flight and Plight of Pigeons, and is all about the wonderful world of pigeons that most people don’t know about. The project aims to raise awareness of the rich history between humans and pigeons while clearing up some misunderstandings of pigeons as a species. The project covers topics such as how pigeons were originally domesticated by us and how we used to live alongside them as well as some of the unique breeds and species of pigeons.

The final design outcomes of this project are a picture book, a board game loosely based on the picture book, 2 informative posters, 14 postcard designs and a set of keychains. The intended audience of the deliverables are mostly children, parents and teachers. The visual style for the project is vibrant and colourful to catch the eye of young viewers while showing off stylized cartoon depictions of pigeons and people.
