The Culture & (HK) initiative seeks to redefine the travel experience by seamlessly blending tradition and innovation across five essential pillars: clothing, dining, living, transportation, and entertainment. By showcasing the city’s vibrant culture through fashion, cuisine, design, eco-mobility, and engaging events, this campaign provides visitors with opportunities for authentic yet modern encounters. It aims to make the unique cultural elements of Hong Kong accessible and relatable, encouraging tourists to explore and appreciate the city beyond its iconic skyline.
CONCEPT
Culture & (HK) reimagines the concept of tourism by employing bold, culturally infused design elements that resonate with global travelers. The campaign merges traditional aspects of Hong Kong culture with contemporary aesthetics across five deliverables: the Chinese Opera Domino representing fashion, Chinese Motif Tableware for dining, a Chinese Architecture Pendant lamp shade for living, a Tram-Hiking App for transportation, and Glow Run Shirts designed for entertainment under the full moon. Each of these elements incorporates vibrant colors, symbolic patterns, and interactive technology, creating an immersive travel experience that invites visitors to engage with the culture on a deeper level. Through this innovative approach, the project aims to foster a renewed appreciation for Hong Kong's heritage while appealing to the modern traveler.
