Background
A middle-class woman Skylar disregarded her family while only focusing on her work. Though thefamily enjoyed a middleclass life, it was not enough for Skylar. This led to the downfall of Skylar’s marriage. As this affected their child's mental health, Skylar’s hidden truth began to unwrap.
CONCEPT
We wanted to show the story of domestic abuse in an ordinary Hong Kong family, and we also intended to reflect different faces of domestic abuse. The case of a women abuser was portrayed to break down gender stereotypes of this matter.
