Hong Kong is a high stress city.
According to the data survey, Hong Kong is the second lowest city in terms of work-life balance in 2022. And according to the Global Health Index 2022 survey, the vast majority of Hong Kong people have experienced overwork deaths.
Therefore, I wanted to use this project to improve the problem of people being overstressed, so that they could understand their sources of stress and thus choose the right method of stress reduction for them. The end result is a better society without stress.
