PROJECT BACKGROUND
As people are concerned about effective use of time, and efficiency is highly emphasized, thus -fast food is prevalent in this era.
There are a lot of processed foods in fast food, which can be harmful to our health, causing obesity, cardiovascular diseases, acne problems, while eating too fast can cause stomach diseases and obesity.
Therefore, "slow eating" advocates eating natural food instead of processed food, which will help people to learn to eat slowly and enjoy food. So we are working with a beauty salon to hold experiential workshops for people to try "slow eating ".
PROJECT CONCEPT
By collaborating with a beauty salon, this project aims to provide a slow eating culture experience for young women so as to let the working people experience slow eating. In the “Slow Eating Experience” workshops, nutritionists will explain the nutritional value of food, illustrate how to cook simple meals using healthy food through activities, and let participants understand that it is simple to practice healthy eating in their daily life. This project also aims to let participants pick up some cooking apps to help them practise daily "slow eating" in order to improve their eating habits and help them rebuild a healthy life.
