PROJECT BACKGROUND
The inspiration comes from the movie "The Holy Mountain". In the film, a man resembling Jesus wanders through surreal and alien landscapes, abandoning all desires and enduring hardships to ultimately find the truth. Through my work, I explore religious and spiritual contemplation while also leaving room for interpretation to the readers.
PROJECT CONCEPT
The movie's mysterious symbols and silhouettes inspired me to incorporate extraterrestrial life as a creative element in my design. The combination of shoulder pads and corset designs reflects my imagination and fascination with alien gods. The use of latex (raw texture) materials paired with jersey (soft texture) materials creates a contrast that adds elegance to my design.
