PROJECT BACKGROUND

The future is something we cannot predict. I have imagined that the future may be beautiful, surrounded by technology, but it can also be cruel, destroyed by different natural disasters, causing people to ‘move homes’ which leads to the feeling of instability. However, the clothes on their bodies are the only possessions in which they can feel ‘at home’. This begs the question, "How have clothes become the feeling of my home?". This is the inspiration that led to the creation of my work.
