PROJECT BACKGROUND
Housing problems are very serious in Hong Kong, with a lot of local youth and elderly needing temporary housing. This project aims to give support to both youth and elderly by integrating the two age groups together as they can complement each other both physically and mentally.
PROJECT CONCEPT
”Interact, Communicate and Connect” are the concepts of the project. Inspired by the landscape of terrace farm, this design features multiple flat planes in different elevations. With the concept of maximising flat planes, it provides users with more space to wander, relax, and freely interact with each other.
