PROJECT CONCEPT
When the clock points to afternoon tea time, the empty heart can be comforted for a while by desserts. How good could it be to escape from the cruel reality, if only time can be frozen at this moment forever... Saint-Honoré, a dessert that greedily includes the flavors of two delicacies at the same time, can definitely be used to express the greediness for time and desserts. The overall use of pink can create a dreamy feeling, whereas the flowers instead of the current puffs convey a more illusory sensation.
