PROJECT BACKGROUND
Tokusatsu is a filming skill that is very popular in Japan. Over the years, Japanese artists have created many classical Tokusatsu works, including “Godzilla“, “Ultraman“, “Kamen Rider“, and other hero series. However, because of stereotypes and cultural differences, it has attracted less audience nowadays.
PROJECT CONCEPT
This project aims to enable more people to become familiarized with the Tokusatsu culture. To raise the audience’s interests, “Kamen Rider“ was chosen as my design blueprint to create a cool and attractive character. The project will offer different ways for people to learn about this culture.
