PROJECT BACKGROUND
The cultural sustainability of “making the most use of each object“ has declined in today's society, especially among younger generations. As people's living standards and materials have become relatively rich over time, they no longer focus only on daily necessities and will consider other elements that will meet their own preferences.
PROJECT CONCEPT
Through this project, I hope to promote the culture of “making the most use of an object“ to the younger generations. They will see the importance of such an ethos in the old days of Hong Kong. Through the project, the younger generations will understand why people of Hong Kong in the old days once needed to “make the most use of each object“.
