PROJECT BACKGROUND
This project was inspired by the news from social media. It was commonly agreed that the standard of beauty is much shaped by social values and the public’s comments. This kind of “deformed” aesthetics not only harms the teenagers mental wellness, but also impacts their physical development.
PROJECT CONCEPT
To promote healthy aesthetics and build up self-confidence among teenagers, a series of illustrations dealing with anxiety around appearance is printed in the postcards. Moreover, the book shows the story behind each illustration.
