PROJECT BACKGROUND
Due to social and economic developments, many traditional Cha Chaan Tengs have closed down in recent years. In my research, I have found that there are not enough ways for young people to learn about the Cha Chaan Teng culture. While some people believe that they have a deep understanding of the Cha Chaan Teng culture, the fact is that they actually know less than they think they do.
PROJECT CONCEPT
This project aims to disseminate the knowledge of Cha Chaan Teng culture to young people and use multiple media (posters, leaflets, applications) as promotion tools. It is hoped that this project can cultivate young people’s interest in the local Cha Chaan Teng culture.
