PROJECT BACKGROUND

The story is about a rich man who has seven breathtaking surreal adventures on his trading journey with his generous, brave, and kind personality.In the character I have created, some elements show the most impressive part of the story through the design. The pumpkin turban represents one of his adventures—the old man of the sea, Sinbad uses it to keep wine on his journey. The Islamic astronomy map is also shown on his pants with layers for the identity of the navigator. Furthermore, the golden colored fabric and velvet were used by rich businessmen in that period to represent their social classes.
